FINO supports the campaign "Let's clean Bulgaria together" for the third year in a row

On September 14, 2024 for the third time in a row, FINO supported bTV Media Group‘s iconic campaign "Let's clean Bulgaria together", providing 15,000 garbage bags and gloves in over 20 locations across the country.

"Let's clean Bulgaria together" is among the most large-scale and effective voluntary initiatives in Bulgaria with care for the environment. The campaign supports the causes of the largest civil movement in the world "Let's Do It World".

In 2024 over 282,000 volunteers from all over the country joined the initiative. Over 6,800 locations were cleaned, and over 4,300 tons of waste collected.

Over time, we have organized three editions of the Sarantis GO event:

Third Edition – April 12, 2024:

- The third edition of the Sarantis GO event took place on April 12, 2024, focusing on the area around Lake Mogoșoaia. Over 60 Sarantis Romania employees and their family members joined this initiative, highlighting the company's ongoing commitment to the environment and community. Through their collective efforts, they managed to gather nearly 400 garbage bags, significantly contributing to the improvement of the surrounding environment.

FINO, with its main message of “Household chores just got better”, is fully aligned with the Group’s sustainable development strategy and aims at creating products through ongoing research and innovation with a reduced environmental footprint.

Plogging activity

FINO becomes the official partner of Plogging activity in SERBIA!

The Sarantis Group and the trusted FINO brand, become the official partner of the Plogging Activity in the country. A special action that takes place in the environment and combines exercising with trash collection.

Plastic bottles, coffee cups, bags, fishing tackle, nylon, chairs, tyres, old pipes, polyurethane and other deposited waste were removed from these areas, providing more opportunities to hundreds of species of birds, animals and insects to thrive in their habitat.

The embossed technology FINO Tytan Flex bags are made with embossed texture and a triple-layered film for elasticity and guaranteed durability, even when disposing of sharp objects or other “demanding” waste, and they are also leak-proof. They are made of 100% recycled plastic, making cleaning even better while helping to ensure a better environment. FINO & Let’s do it Romania collaborated for the 3rd year to strengthen the joint voluntary clean up action around different parts of the country.

Over time, we have organized three editions of the Sarantis GO event:

Second Edition – April 12, 2023:

- The second edition of Sarantis GO took place on April 12, 2023, focusing on the Lucianca forest. The number of participants increased significantly, exceeding 50 Sarantis Romania employees who worked together to clean this area. The collection of approximately 150 bags of waste highlighted the team's determination and collective efforts in promoting an ecological approach.

First Edition – April 8, 2022:

- The first edition of the Sarantis GO event took place on April 8, 2022, focusing on the northern area of Bucharest. Approximately 30 Sarantis Romania employees actively participated in this initiative, demonstrating their commitment to the environment by collecting over 135 bags of plastic waste and other harmful materials.
